Overlook Order Form

This Order Form is entered into by and between Overlook AI, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Overlook"), and the customer identified below ("Customer"). This Order Form is governed by the Overlook Subscription and Software License Agreement (the "Subscription Agreement"). If this Order Form includes Professional Services, those Professional Services are also governed by the Overlook Professional Services Addendum (the "Services Addendum") and any incorporated service schedule or statement of work.

10. Data protection, security, and customer data

The Subscription Agreement, Data Processing Addendum, Security Addendum, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy apply to Customer Data and Customer use of the Services.

If there is a conflict among documents, this Order Form controls with respect to commercial terms, licensed controls, deployment model, professional services scope variables, fees, and special terms expressly stated in this Order Form.

By signing below, each party represents that it is authorized to enter into this Order Form and agrees that this Order Form is governed by the Subscription Agreement and, if applicable, the Services Addendum.
